LOS ANGELES (Billboard) – Paul McCartney will open the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino's new Joint in Las Vegas on April 19. Motley Crue closed the old Joint last week.Tickets go on sale February 14 at the Hard Rock Hotel box office and through ticketmaster.com. McCartney will also headline the first day of the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival on April 17 in the southern California city of Indio.
The new 4,007-capacity Joint will be twice the size of the old venue, which was built in 1995 and will be turned into casino space.
